Patrick Casey is the president and founder of VisiCom Services. He has more than 35 years of thought leadership in IT strategy and management. Casey is actively involved in building cybersecurity and IT operations solutions serving companies from 10 to 1,000 employees. In addition to VisiCom Services, he helped launch and run a technology company in Portland called Complete Network Care of Oregon.
Before founding VisiCom Services in 1994, Casey was the information systems director at Business News Publishing Company. Casey began his career as a programmer/analyst at Marketing Force Inc., a division of Spar Marketing, Inc. He progressed from his original college job in the mailroom through the information systems division to become director of information systems operations.
Casey has a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) with a concentration in finance from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and received his Bachelor of Science degree in management information systems from Oakland University. He has participated in dozens of management and technical training programs in IT strategy, operations, and specific technologies like cloud and cybersecurity.
Casey has been an active member of the EO Network for over 20 years, including serving on the Detroit Chapter board. He has been a leader with the Boy Scouts of America since 2005.
Besides helping companies leverage technology, he enjoys outdoor activities like winter camping, sprint triathlons, and adventure travel. He is also a “reef junkie” running a 450-gallon reef aquarium in his house.
